Position Summary:


Navisun is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support its growing pipeline of operating solar, and solar plus storage assets. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated individual. This position will provide project and portfolio level support for the organization to ensure maximum value is generated from our portfolio of solar assets. The Asset Management Analyst supports the Asset Management team in managing the financial performance of our fleet of solar assets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent undergraduate degree with concentration in Renewable Energy, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Enthusiasm for renewables and the solar industry, and a desire to build a career in this industry long-term.
  • Excellent project management skills coupled with organization, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting the implementation of software systems for scaling operational processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships and articulate issues and subject matter to executive management while being a team player.
  • Strong ability to review and analyze financial and technical data and interpret data trends.
  • Strong ability to summarize information from key commercial agreements and project documents, including permits, land leases, operations and maintenance, financial, and offtake agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present and communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Competent skills using Microsoft Office software like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the operating fleet through process development, contract reviews, tracking open tasks, and daily review of asset performance.
  • In partnership with site management, identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses.
  • Communicate regularly with counterparties and respond promptly to all customer requests; find and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Assist accounting and analysts on financial administration for operating projects including billing and revenue collection, invoice tracking, settlements, etc.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio deliverables as required, including regulatory filings and investor reports.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the operating fleet.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the company.
