This informational meeting concerns Eckard Road Solar, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct a 3 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility located in CarrollCounty at 1765 Eckard Road Westminster, MD21157. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, followed by an opportunity for attendees to provide comments and ask questions.
