King Wildesen Solar, LLC – Proposed 2 MW Solar Photovoltaic Generating Facility

Pursuant to §1-601 of the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland and related Environmental Justice requirements under HB 1200 (2022), King Wildesen Solar, LLC willhold an informational public meeting regarding its proposed 2 Megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic generating facility to be located in Garrett County at 457 King Wildesen Rd, Oakland, MD 21550.

This meeting is being conducted inaccordance with Maryland’s Renewable Energy Certainty Act (RECA), which requires applicants to hold two informational meetings within the county served and within approximately 10 miles of the proposed project site prior to permit approval. A second informational meeting will be scheduled at a later date, and a separate public notice will be provided.
